Brown rice is the normal rice that is not deprived of the pellicle (chaff) that covers the grain. Not undergoing refining, it retains its natural color, reminiscent of the land, and its natural features preserving its nutritional properties. It’s a refreshing, detoxifying, gluten-free food, so it can be consumed by celiac disease and can be assimilated without problems by those who suffer from food
intolerance, suitable for both adults and kids. Many people choose this product instead of white rice thanks to its natural taste. Excellent also in light or fruit yogurt.
